1. Membership Commitment

• The Inner Glow Membership and Inner Glow Luxe Membership both require a minimum 6-month commitment.

• Payments will be collected via monthly Direct Debit on the 1st of each month.

2. Payments

• Membership fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full each month to maintain benefits.

• If payment fails, treatments and membership benefits will be suspended until the balance is cleared.

3. Treatments Included

Inner Glow Membership

• 1 skin treatment per month up to £75 value.

• Includes The Essential Skin Ritual and any of our Targeted Skin Solution services.

Inner Glow Luxe Membership

• 1 skin treatment per month up to £150 value.

• Includes The Restorative Ritual and any of our Advanced Skin Solution treatments (e.g. Chemical Peels, Luminfusion, Microneedling – max. 3 during membership).

Add-ons

• Complimentary LED add-on (value £10) and Dermaplaning add-on (value £15) are available if suitable for your treatment.

4. Membership Benefits

• Inner Glow Members: 5% off retail skincare.

• Inner Glow Luxe Members: 10% off retail skincare + one-time £50 skincare voucher at the start of membership, redeemable in salon.

• Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions.

5. Booking & Cancellations

• Treatments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

• Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in the loss of that month’s treatment.

• Treatments cannot be carried over to the following month.

6. Membership Freezes & Transfers

• Memberships cannot be paused, transferred, or shared.

• In exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical reasons), please contact us to discuss options.

7. Refunds & Termination

• Membership fees are non-refundable once paid.

• If you wish to cancel your membership before the 6-month commitment ends, the remaining balance of the minimum term will be due in full.

• Grace & Beauty reserves the right to terminate a membership if terms are not adhered to.

8. Consultation & Suitability

• All new members must complete a consultation and patch testing before beginning advanced treatments.

• Some treatments may not be suitable for all clients depending on medical history, skin type, or current skin condition. In such cases, alternative treatments of equal value will be offered.

9. General

• Memberships are for personal use only.

• Grace & Beauty reserves the right to update or amend membership benefits with prior notice.
