Booking & Cancellation

We’re committed to providing a high-quality service and appreciate your support in helping our salon run smoothly. Please take a moment to read our updated cancellation policy below. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

Cancellations & Rearrangements

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or appointment rearrangements.
Any cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 100% of the original booking cost.
Same-day changes will also be charged at the full cost of the original appointment booked.

No-Shows

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without giving notice will be classed as a no-show and charged 100% of the booking cost.
Future appointments may require a non-refundable deposit to secure the slot.

Deposits

For certain treatments or high-demand time slots, a deposit may be required.
If our cancellation policy is not followed, this deposit will be non-refundable.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to carry out your treatment in the time remaining, but the service may need to be shortened.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a no-show.

Add-Ons & Extras

If you choose to add any extras or upgrades during your visit (such as nail art, masks, or additional treatments), these will be charged accordingly at the time of your appointment.

How to Cancel or Rearrange

All cancellations or rearrangements must be made via our online booking system or by calling the salon during working hours.
Social media messages are not monitored for appointment changes and will not be accepted as a valid method of cancellation.

Appointment Reminders

We do send courtesy appointment reminders, but it is your responsibility to remember your appointment, even if you do not receive a reminder.

Pricing Updates

Our treatment prices are subject to change in line with inflation and rising industry costs.
Our most up-to-date pricing can always be found on our online booking system.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any services. If you are unhappy with a treatment, please let us know within 48 hours so we can discuss a suitable resolution.

Payment

Payment for appointments is due at the time of booking or upon completion of the treatment, as specified by Grace and Beauty.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated.

Health and Safety

Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse service or adjust treatments based on your health status for safety reasons.

Changes to Bookings

Grace and Beauty reserves the right to modify or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to therapist availability, equipment failure, or emergencies.
In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule your appointment at a mutually convenient time.

Client Responsibility & Fee Enforcement

By booking an appointment, clients confirm they have read and agreed to all terms in this policy.
Any unpaid cancellation fees, no-show charges, or outstanding balances may be passed to a third-party debt collection agency.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

By booking an appointment with Grace and Beauty, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Gift Voucher

Thank you for purchasing a gift voucher from Grace and Beauty. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making your purchase. By purchasing a gift voucher, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

• Non-refundable: Gift vouchers purchased from Grace and Beauty are non-refundable. Once purchased, they cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.

• Redemption: Gift vouchers can be redeemed for services offered by Grace and Beauty, as specified on the voucher. They cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase other gift vouchers.

• Expiration: Gift vouchers have 12 months before the expiry date and can be redeemed at any time, subject to availability.

• Lost or Stolen Vouchers: Grace and Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers. Please treat your voucher like cash and store it securely.

• Transferability: Gift vouchers are not transferable.

• Limitation of Liability: Grace and Beauty shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised use of gift vouchers.

• Cancellation: Grace and Beauty reserves the right to cancel or void a gift voucher if it believes that the voucher has been obtained fraudulently or used in violation of these terms and conditions.

• Modification of Terms: Grace and Beauty reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
